Starting wage is $31.46, per hours, which includes .60 shift pay for 2nd or 3rd shift and at Hillcrest Home, you will always receive an extra $1.00 per hour more for every hour you work on the Weekend which means more $$$ in your pocket!

At Hillcrest Home we pay employees every other Friday with a direct deposit into your account, no driving back out to the facility to pick up a check!

We are growing at Hillcrest Home and we need you on our team! Hillcrest Home is located just a few miles south of Geneseo, IL, "A Place in the Country"! We provide 24 hour assistance in a long term setting where our residents are at the center of our facility, providing a safe environment and quality care.

We currently have a Full Time (40 hours, 5 days a week) R.N. openings on 2nd Shift, which starts at 2:30 pm and ends at 11:00 pm.

R.N. is responsible for routine nursing care for long term care residents according to established policies and procedures. He/she is also responsible for the direction and supervision of personnel assigned to them. Works under direction of the Director or Nursing or the Assistant Director of Nursing.

Long term care experience is preferred. Have a good understanding and work within a shared decision making philosophy. Must have good communication skills and a resident centered care based discipline.
