Responsibilities Include:

• Provide direct patient care to long-term care residents.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
• Observe and document patient's condition and response to treatments.
• Assist in the development of individualized care plans for each resident.
• Provide emotional support to residents and their families.
• Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
