Reports to: Regional Director of Business Development

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Referral Generation: Drive appropriate referrals, meeting growth targets, and establishing strong market acceptance.
  • Strategic Marketing: Develop comprehensive marketing plans and initiatives to achieve budgetary projections.
  • Stakeholder Relationships: Build professional relationships with key physicians, administrators, hospital personnel, and more.
  • Territory Management: Strategically manage and assess your territory, adjusting plans to maximize impact.
  • Educational In-Services: Provide regular educational sessions to accounts, becoming a valuable resource.
  • Compliance Champion: Ensure adherence to local, state, federal laws, Medicare regulations, and organizational policies.

Qualifications You Bring:

  • Bachelor's Degree: In Business Administration, Nursing, or equivalent experience preferred.
  • RN License: A vital asset to understand patient care intricacies.
  • Sales Expertise: Demonstrate three or more years of successful professional sales, preferably in healthcare.
  • Communication Guru: Master communication, negotiation, and public relations skills.
  • Strategic Thinker: Develop and execute a market-oriented plan that aligns with growth objectives.
  • Driving Force: Possess a valid driver's license, a good driving record, and a reliable, insured automobile.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with MS Office and able to leverage technology effectively.
