We are seeking a skilled Human Resource Manager to lead our HR initiatives, including compensation and benefits, employee records, and recruitment. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving our organization's success through effective human resource management.

Your Mission:

  • Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and manage compensation and benefits packages, ensuring competitive and attractive offerings.
  • Efficient HR Operations: Maintain accurate employee records and support smooth payroll processing while adhering to labor regulations.
  • Talent Acquisition: Utilize your deep knowledge of the recruiting process to attract and retain top talent.
  • Effective Communication: Serve as a key communicator, conveying HR policies, rules, and regulations to the team.
  • Engagement and Development: Collaborate with management to coach and facilitate career growth and development for our employees.

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of three years of human resource management experience, demonstrating a strong grasp of HR operations.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Assist in payroll preparation and resolution of payroll errors.
  • Maintain employee records, ensuring compliance with state mandates and updating records as needed.
  • Process documentation and reports related to personnel activities.
  • Facilitate new employee onboarding and orientation.
  • Assist in developing policies and procedures to guide our HR operations.
  • Coordinate the exit process for departing employees.
  • Coach management and teams to promote career growth and development.
  • Collaborate with recruiters to source candidates and update databases.
  • Other duties as requested to ensure compliance with current laws and regulations.
