Description
You will be responsible for tracking inventory and ordering supplies, managing daily preparation of menu items, scheduling staff to ensure there is sufficient coverage during each shift, and monitoring the flow of business during each meal service. At the close of each shift, you will reconcile receipts, cash intake, and tips, and lock up cash and other financial records into the safe. Our ideal candidate has at least five years of industry experience, including supervisory roles, and is reliable and trustworthy. Nights, weekends and holidays are a must, minimum of 45 hours per week, 401k, medical, dental and vision insurance available. Starting pay and bonuses depends on experience level.
