Job Description
Candidate will build, update, secure, and support assigned infrastructure technology. Develop and maintain relevant procedures and standards to ensure availability of foundational infrastructure systems. This individual will be a team player and work well with technical professionals in a multi-discipline agile environment.
Essential Job Responsibilities
- Be part of a team responsible for creating, maintaining, and augmenting a cloud and on premises compute environment
- Present status reports to key internal stakeholders.
- Evaluate new tools, technologies, and processes to improve computer environment
- Other job-related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- 3 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 1 year relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 7 years relevant experience.
- Minimum secret clearance required to start
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI with enhanced security checks
Preferred Requirements
- 3 years of experience interfacing with users
- 3 years of experience in virtual or containerized environment
- 3 years of experience with automation scripts: Bash, Python, Ansible, PowerShell
- 3 years of experience with cloud environment
- 3 years of experience with Windows Server and Linux administration
- [Desired] Experience with VMware vCenter and ESXi
- [Desired] Experience with GitLab/GitHub pipelines and actions
- [Desired] Experience with containers like Docker and Kubernetes
