Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED
• 3 years of customer service experience, preferably with phone skills
• The ability to handle challenging situations with grace and professionalism
• Excellent multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, including Outlook and Excel
• Top-notch verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in the boating industry.
• Knowledge of ERP and CRM systems
