The Multimedia Designer will join a talented Creative Services team responsible for the creation of marketing materials to support brand awareness and conversion objectives. The candidate will help create remarkable video, print, and digital content to elevate our storytelling and bring our brands to life. The candidate will need to acquire a deep understanding of products and customers and develop concepts / creative content that will educate, inspire, and delight them.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Visual or Multimedia Design or a similar role is required. A strong portfolio and exceptional talent may waive this requirement.
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field required. A strong portfolio and exceptional talent may waive this requirement.
• Proficient in InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Strong project management skills, ability to multitask, organize, facilitate, and collaborate within cross-functional teams.
• An entrepreneurial drive to get things done - from project initiation to delivery.
• Impeccable attention to detail. Passionate about graphic design, illustration, typography, color, and composition.
• Familiarity with current trends in color, technology, communications, art, and other design influences.
• Ability to work independently or in a collaborative group.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create marketing material using Adobe Creative Cloud to support overall company marketing initiatives.
• Ensure all marketing content produced complies with our brand guideline standards.
• Understanding of color theory and color modes, when to use what and why.
• Big plus for Blender 3D experience.
• Big plus for Photography and Photo processing.
• Work alongside marketers to deliver highly engaging, rapidly deployed creative content.
• Work as part of a team to help the team translate business requirements into outstanding digital experiences and successful marketing campaigns.
• Maintenance and updates of websites using WordPress.
• Design and layout a variety of material from magazines and reports to posters and brochures utilizing Adobe creative software.
