Highline Residential is Hiring a Graphic Designer Near New York, NY
Highline Residential is a technology enabled Real Estate company based in New York, NY. Founded in 2012, Highline Residential has become one of the fastest-growing real estate firms in the NY Metro area. We are looking for a creative graphic designer to assist with the following:
- Design marketing materials using company style guide. These may include presentations, flyers, signs, banners, business cards, email campaigns, and mailers.
- Coordinate professional printing of marketing materials as relevant.
- Gather interesting news stories to create a monthly company newsletter for distribution to the company lead list.
- Assist real estate agents with custom marketing requests.
- Take portrait photographs of new associates at company.
- Assist with designs for the Company website/UI/UX.
- Create and post visual social media content.
- Edit and upload video content to Youtube.
- Design iteratively, based on constant feedback from the end-user.
To succeed in this role, a candidate should have the following qualifications:
- Expert proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.
- Strong organizational and project management skills and familiarity with project management tools like Asana/Slack/Trello.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills
- Portrait photography, photo editing, and video editing skills are a major plus.
- UI/UX Design and website design experience are a major plus.
