- Contact existing and potential customers to kindly provide information about our superb services
- Happily answer customer questions regarding our pricing, billing, or service appointments
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with field technicians
- Resolve any customer issues or concerns in a timely and friendly manner
- Maintain accurate customer records in our helpful CRM system
- Meet or exceed monthly call goals
Skills Required:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to deliver a marvelous customer experience
- Ability to skillfully navigate phone and CRM software systems
- Previous customer service or sales experience
- Strong time management, organizational abilities and phone skills
