You will follow up on inquiries and tours, and work closely with our team to expedite all move-ins in a positive and reassuring manner.

**QUALIFICATIONS:**

* 21 years of age

* Ability to make outside sales calls

* Sales and marketing experience, preferably in a healthcare setting

* Presents persuasively and with conviction

* Cheerful, creative personality

* Effective problem-solving, organizational, time-management and computer skills

* Ability to relate positively, effectively and appropriately with residents, family members, community members, volunteers and team members

* Flexibility in working evenings, nights and weekends as needed some overnight travel may be required

* Posses a valid drivers license and have access to a personal vehicle

* Ability to drive Highgate vehicles and pass driving background check

* Current or obtain CPR & First Aid certification

* Current TB test

* Health screening & finger printing (California and Arizona only)

* Negative criminal record/background statement

* Must meet all criteria as required by state and local licensing agencies
