Responsibilities:
- Set up and organize inventory systems within our retail chains.
- Conduct regular audits of inventory to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- Manage and maintain inventory records, including entering data into computer systems and spreadsheets (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets).
- Collaborate with store managers to ensure proper inventory levels are maintained and stockouts are minimized.
- Travel between retail stores within the district to perform inventory-related tasks.
- Work closely with the warehouse team to coordinate shipments and manage stock flow.
- Implement and improve inventory management processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in inventory management or related field is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable using computer software and programs, especially Excel and Google Sheets.
- Ability to adapt to new inventory management systems and technologies.
- Flexibility to travel between retail locations within the district.
- Comfortable working within a warehouse environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Prior management experience is a plus.
