Technicians are responsible for transactions and helping to achieve store goals set by managers. Tasks will include helping to open and close the store, assisting with inventory counts, signing people up for membership (MED), recommending products based on customer needs and what the store wants to sell, maintaining all-around compliance, completing transactions on Adilas, maintaining a cash drawer, maintaining perfect inventory, completing assigned side work, cleaning and any other requests of the manager on duty. Technicians are most responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and encouraging repeat business. We ask our technicians to learn about every product on our shelf and give accurate, compliant, and thorough information to our customers. Technicians must understand and adhere to compliance with all industry regulations and our store policies and operations.
