Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Receptionist/Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and possess excellent organizational skills.

Duties:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department
- Process sales transactions using point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Provide information about products and services
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of merchandise
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments

Skills:
- Proficiency in retail math for processing sales transactions
- Experience in technology sales or willingness to learn
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Exceptional customer service abilities to promote sales
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Familiarity with POS systems for retail transactions
- Sales experience in retail or appliance sales is a plus
