Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Ice Cream Team Lead join our team. As an Ice Cream Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading your team, providing great customer service and serving fantastic ice cream!

Duties:
- Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen area
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their orders
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Follow recipes and portion sizes to ensure consistency in product quality
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines

Skills:
- Strong customer service skills to provide a positive experience for customers
- Basic retail math skills for cash handling and transactions
- Sales skills to upsell products and promote new flavors or specials
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of food industry best practices for hygiene and safety
- Proficient in basic food preparation techniques
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic math skills for recipe measurements and portion control
