Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Server/Cashier to join our team. As a Server/Cashier, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring a positive dining experience. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide menu recommendations and upsell specials or additional items
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or requests promptly
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including bussing tables and resetting for the next guest
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely order preparation
- Adhere to food safety guidelines and maintain proper hygiene standards

Experience:
- Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary terminology is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide personalized attention to guests
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient service delivery
