As a key figure in our team, you will be instrumental in nurturing client relationships, overseeing daily operations, and fostering a culture of exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of customer service professionals, ensuring top-tier service delivery.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and goals, assessing team performance regularly.
  • Manage escalated customer issues, guaranteeing swift and satisfactory resolutions.
