Rooted in our commitment to cannabis education, community engagement, and responsible consumption, we are seeking a knowledgeable Executive Assistant to contribute their expertise and help shape our brand's vision and image.

High Seas is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to join our team. As a Executive Assistant you will be responsible to provide support to our executives and operations teams multiple brands and companies within our organization.

Job Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence for the executives and proofread them for accuracy, grammar, and formatting
  • Assist with special projects, events, and initiatives as assigned by the executives
  • Send timely reminders to team members and clients regarding upcoming appointments and meetings
  • Help check in guests into the dispensary
  • Coordination with other company team members internal and external
  • Assist with on the ground marketing events, coordinate with venue, make sure payments are made in a timely manner for such events
  • Prepare and maintain detailed Action Lists with extensive follow up.
  • Oversee office management tasks, including ordering supplies, maintaining office equipment, and managing vendor relationships
  • High Level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Help with mail, errands, and other tasks needed for the team operational efficiency
  • Order equipment, set up phones, and troubleshoot when IT support is needed
  • Prepare and maintain detailed Action Lists with extensive follow up.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team required
  • Help with onsite fish tank maintenance and fish feeding
  • Accounts receivable and collections support as needed
  • Order equipment, set up phones, and troubleshoot when IT support is needed
  • Provide event support including logistics, travel planning, and reservations
  • Follow up on action items and deadlines resulting from meetings, ensuring timely completion
  • Welcome guests with hospitality
  • Other responsibilities as needed

Qualifications/Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
  • 2 years work related experience, some cannabis experience preferred
  • Basic accounting and expense management experience preferred
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and incredible attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team required
  • Excellent problem solving skills with proactive recommendations and ideas
  • Excellent G-Suite, MS Office & Power Point knowledge
  • Superior time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to multi-task and function well in a high-paced environment
  • Demonstrates high degree of professionalism in communication, attitude and teamwork with customers, peers and management
  • Demonstrates high level of quality work, attendance and appearance
  • Flexible schedule, at time weekends will be required
