Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth office operations. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for multiple staff members
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Coordinate meetings and conference room bookings
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Assist with other office management duties as assigned
Experience:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role preferred
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work activities
- Ability to handle multiple phone lines and manage high call volumes
- Familiarity with Google Suite is a plus
