Who You Are :
An experienced billing professional who is passionate about giving customers an easy, simple and accurate billing experience with HighLevel.
Owning the HighLevel billing process from end to end, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service, managing a high volume of billing accounts, implementing updated procedures and controls for the department as well as all related process / system improvements where needed.
What You Will Do :
- Manage customer accounts.
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and errors.
- Monitor customer accounts for irregularities.
- Enter and update customer, subscription and metadata field data as needed.
- Other duties may be assigned.
What You Bring :
- Bachelor's Degree - Recommended
- 2-4 years of billing system experience - Required
