Job description: Budtenders at High Haven are the employees with the highest level of customer interaction. They will assess the customers needs and wants, provide a curated list of potential products, and accurately process the sale, while providing the highest level of customer service and salesmanship. Budtenders function as an important part of a team, and will occasionally assist in other departments.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and process sales of cannabis and cannabis products
• Provide top notch customer service
• Work with customers and patients to curate a purchase based on their individual needs, while providing education on the use of those products
• Ensure compliance by adhering to company policies and best practices
• Perform inventory counts
• Complete non-sales downtime duties such as cleaning, organizing, and special projects
• Assist with community engagement
• Operate with integrity and honesty
• Ensure the safety and satisfaction of all customers and staff
• Assist in other departments within the facility
• All other duties as assigned by supervisor
