Our practice is currently seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Dental Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. As a Dental Patient Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that our patients receive exceptional care and have a positive experience at our dental practice.
Responsibilities include :
- Coordinating and scheduling appointments for patients
- Explaining dental treatment plans, procedures, and fees to patients
- Assisting with insurance verification and claims processing
- Providing excellent customer service and addressing patient inquiries
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a dental office or customer service role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are also important.
