Exciting direct-hire position with an internationally recognized, leading law firm! As an Economic Analyst, you will provide financial analysis of publicly traded securities, financial statements, historical price performance and “peer group” comparisons. In addition, the department provides research on various individual company and/or industry specific issues related to the valuation of publicly traded companies. You will also perform computer modeling to determine economic damage analyses pursuant to sections 10(b), 11(e) and 12(2) of the federal securities laws. Training for this role is 100% on-site and can go hybrid after the training period!
