Nestled in the heart of Restaurant Row, Randolph Street's newest addition is seeking a hardworking and dedicated Food Runner. Like our guests and clientele, our team will be a curated collection of innovative thinkers and creative trailblazers.

Exposed brick and rustic chandeliers intertwine with playful art and vibrant patterns in the two level restaurant, creating a refined but relaxed atmosphere. Our executive chef has designed a Creative American menu served through shared plates. We will be open 7 days a week for dinner service and weekend brunch, which can be enjoyed inside or on our patio.

Summary of Duties:

• Commands full menu knowledge, including allergens and preparation methods.
• Identifies and briefly describes each plate to the guests accurately. Aware of all upcoming orders and status of tables expecting food. 
• Assists the Chef in expediting food to the dining room.
• Assists in bussing tables and marking appropriate silverware when necessary.
• Works as a liaison between the kitchen and the serving staff, conveying guest issues.
• Runs and Serves Food from our Kitchen to our dining rooms and bars.
• Always uses position numbers.
• Keeps expediter station and the kitchen stocked with plates, plate wipes, ramekins, etc. throughout service
• Follows all procedures and policies set forth by the company, division, and IL Health Department following all health and safety regulations. 
• Performs all opening and closing duties as assigned.
