Overview:

As a Senior Field Service Radio Technician, you will lead the company's efforts in providing exceptional radio communication services to clients. In this role, you will travel to various client locations, overseeing the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of radio communication systems. Responsibilities:

• Lead the installation, repair, and maintenance of radio communication systems for clients.
• Oversee troubleshooting and diagnosis of complex technical issues related to radio communication systems.
• Provide on-site support to clients, ensuring optimal functionality and performance of their radio communication systems.
• Conduct training sessions to educate clients on the operation and maintenance of radio communication systems.

Qualifications:

• 5 years experience installing and troubleshooting two-way radios, portable radios, dispatch radios, radio accessories, wide area coverage, and PoC PTT radios.
• Electronics technician/specialist experience
• Familiar with Kenwood, Zetron, Hytera, and Halo radio products.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or relevant coursework preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of analog and digital radio communication systems.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Mechanical skills such as security setup, drilling, using crimpers, and basic tool operation are essential.
• Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screens
