We are seeking a Cosmetic Nurse who embodies the Hi, skin culture; we are passionate about providing an exceptional client experience, and are committed to clinical excellence. Our Hi, skin Nurses are dedicated to optimal results- offering comprehensive consultations, personalized treatment plans, and the administration of Botox and fillers. What You'll Do:

• Successfully complete Hi, skin's comprehensive and rigorous clinical training program and attend ongoing continuing education sessions and events.
• Provide exceptional customer service in all interactions with Hi, skin clients.
• Conduct skin analyses and develop personalized treatment plans for clients.
• Educate clients on Hi, skin's array of offerings and the importance of taking care of their skin.
• Administer neurotoxins and fillers in FDA-approved areas.
• Maintain accurate charting and clinical documentation for each client.
• Adhere to company-wide initiatives, operational procedures, and safety protocols.
• Maintain strict infection control standards, including hand hygiene, proper PPE use, and equipment disinfection/sterilization, with a strong commitment to HIPAA privacy practices.

Requirements/Experience:

• Active RN license in the state where you'll work.
• Active BLS Certification.
• Aesthetic Injection Certification
• Nursing: 2 years (Required)
• Performing Aesthetic Injections: 2 years (Required)
• Flexibility to work at multiple studio locations within a reasonable distance from your home studio.
• Availability for a Full-Time or Part-Time schedule, including weekdays, weekends, and some holidays.
• Minimum age of 18 and eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Physical Requirements:

• Frequent bending, sitting, and standing for extended periods.
• Proficiency in using needles and accurately administering treatments
• Neuromodulators and HA fillers
• Ability to lift/transport items weighing up to 30 lbs.
• Competence in operating standard office equipment and technology.

The base pay range for our Cosmetic Nurse role in Paradise Valley, Phoenix or Gilbert, at Hi, skin, is up to $40.00/hour USD. Compensation may vary based on relevant experience, qualifications, and location, with potential modifications in the future.
