We are looking for dedicated strong Medical Health Professional (RN, NP, PA, or NMD) with great customer service and experience in administrating Botox, Dermal Fillers, and Lasers.

Responsibilities
Administer medicinal treatments such as: Botox, Dysport, Dermal Fillers, and Vitamin shots, Peels and all consultations. We would like to train the injector in delivering coolsculpting and CoolTone treatments and cosmetic laser procedures to deliver on our patients.

Teach patients how to care for their skin and can sell patients on various skin care lines such as but not limited to: Obagi and SkinMedica.

Ability to make patients have trust and comfort with the Company and Injector and knows how to build a lasting clientele for the Med Spa. Ability to have a high client retention and pre-book percentage.

Sell treatment packages, upgrade patients to have other treatments, and cross-promote across other departments. Attend all department meetings and training.

Committed to work a minimum of 2-3 days a week. Must be dedicated to the company's goal and mission.

Requirements
Must have a current Arizona Nursing License or above.
Must have at least 2 year experience working as a Cosmetic Nurse Injector
Must have a certificate of or show proof of training in Medical Esthetics Botox & Fillers and advanced training using dermal fillers in the following areas: Cheeks, Nasolabial folds, lips, and jawline.

Must have experience performing off label areas using Neurotoxins (Botox, Dysport).
Must follow all company polices and procedures and follow all state and federal regulations.
Must have strong sales and customer service skills and meet monthly sales goals
Must be flexible to pick up shifts as needed and able to work at Medical Aesthetics events held at the Med Spa.
Must be dependable and flexible and be able to work evenings and weekends (Saturdays)
Must have great work ethics and be able to work with various personalities.

Requirement Preference:
Preference will be given to Medical Injectors that have proven advanced Medical Aesthetics training, proven ability to meet monthly sales goals, great customer service and satisfaction. Understands and has proven track record of customer retention and customer satisfaction.

Preference will be given to RN's that are familiar with the following protocols: Advanced Medical Esthetics Training and performance with Botox/Dysport and Dermal Fillers. Weight loss (HCG, Phentermine, vitamins shots), Medical laser and Coolsculpting training.

Compensation/Benefits
Competitive rate of pay of hourly or commission and retail sales commission and package bonus.
