Aesthetic Nurse Injector

WHO WE ARE: The DRIPBaR Phoenix is located in the Biltmore neighborhood. Our concept is simple. We provide our customers with the freshest, highest quality intravenous and intramuscular vitamin drips that deliver essential nutrients at the cellular level for maximum absorption. We are expanding our services to include injectables such as Botox, Disport, etc. that complement the IV vitamin services already offered. This will be a hourly plus commission based role.

Do your clients always seem to tell you "I will never go anywhere else. If you start your own business, I will follow you." Reputation is everything when it comes to injectables. You've been working hard to build your brand and maybe you're thinking "how do I turn this into MY business?" We are looking to find the right person to partner with to grow injectables at our IV therapy location in the Biltmore area. You've started a book of business? No problem, you keep it, and we'll help you add to it! Don't want to worry about finding and paying a Medical Director, pharmacy, doing complex taxes, Scheduling, grass roots marketing? We've got it! You can spend your time building your clientele and doing the work you love and not stress over all the things necessary to run and grow a business or paying everyone else before you make a single dollar - and making more money at that!

We are looking for an experienced Nurse Injector that has already built a name for themselves and wants to operate like their own business. We cover the room, facilities, medical equipment, product ordering, storage, etc. You would work under our Medical Director to reduce costs. We already have all the lead management, patient history, scheduling, billing systems and process setup so you don't have to worry. You can have flexible hours, work on building your brand and clientele. With services, you will receive a large portion of the profit as commission.

WHO WE NEED: We are currently looking to add to an Experienced Nurse Injector. Nurse Injectors who are passionate about skin care, have a friendly and helpful manner, possess excellent communication skills, and take great pride in the quality of aesthetic treatments. This is a great opportunity to come with your book of business and expand in a new location in the prominent Biltmore neighborhood.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Review medical history and consent forms
• Recommend products based on interest and needs
• Follow HIPAA and OSHA guidelines
• Customize specific sessions based on client's individual needs
• Deliver outstanding standard of care and customer service
• Educate clients on all The DRIPBaR services and product offerings
• Actively promote the clinic, treatments, retail, and available promotions
• Educate regarding procedures and products that complement the treatment and enhance the result
• Comply with required protocols, requests and compliance policies
• Perform prep work, properly clean and restock room as required
• Maintain a clean and professional environment
• Contribute a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment
• Arrive fifteen (15) minutes prior to scheduled work time for every shift
• Assist in all areas of clinic operation as requested by management

WHAT YOU’LL HAVE:

• Maintain appropriate certification and licensure
• Demonstrate strong esthetic skills
• Ability to effectively communicate with clients about treatment and membership benefits
• Ability to work well as a team in a fast-paced environment
• Must be reliable and punctual, on time every time
• Ability to work a flexible schedule is a must, including some evenings and weekends
• Hold a high level of professionalism when interacting with clients
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent customer service and consultative skills

REQUIREMENTS:

• Registered Nurse, Physician Assistant, or Nurse Practitioner
• Valid Arizona State License (RN, PA, or N.P.) and current BLS or CPR certification.
• Must have passed NCLEX-RN exam
• Must have 2 yrs. aesthetics experience including working with neuromodulator injections such as Botox, Xeomin and Dysport, as well as fillers.
