POSITION: Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner

As a dedicated aesthetic nurse practitioner, you'll play a pivotal role in helping our patients achieve the beautiful, natural results they desire. You’ll be creating custom treatment plans that may include cosmetic injectables including Botox and Juvederm dermal fillers, Broad Band Light, microneedling, and chemical peels, paired with individualized skincare regimens.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

- Two years of experience in a medical office working as a nurse practitioner is preferred but not required.

- Graduate of accredited registered nurse and nurse practitioner program and current RN and APRN licenses.

- Certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) or American Nurse Credentialing Center (ANCC)

SCHEDULE: Part-time with opportunity for growth to full-time position

COMPENSATION: $30/hr productivity bonus, along with discounted treatments and skincare products

JOB DETAILS:

• Patient Consultation: Conduct thorough consultations with patients to understand their aesthetic goals, medical history, and expectations from treatments. Educate patients about different aesthetic treatment options, potential risks, and benefits.
• Aesthetic Procedures: Perform injectable treatments such as Botox, dermal fillers, and other cosmetic treatments including BBL, microneedling, and chemical peels, according to established protocols and safety standards. Utilize proper injection techniques to achieve desired results while minimizing discomfort and risk of complications.
• Assessment and Planning: Assess patients' facial anatomy, skin condition, and specific concerns to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their needs. Determine the appropriate procedure type and/or amount of injectables required to achieve optimal results.
• Patient Care and Follow-up: Provide comprehensive pre and post-treatment care to patients, including instructions for aftercare and potential side effects. Follow up with patients to monitor their progress, address any concerns, and ensure satisfaction with results.
• Continuing Education: Stay updated on the latest advancements, techniques, and trends in aesthetic medicine through ongoing education and training. Attend workshops, seminars, and conferences to enhance skills and knowledge in the field.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with and refer to other healthcare professionals, including plastic surgeons, dermatologists, and medical aestheticians, to coordinate comprehensive treatment plans and ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Documentation and Compliance: Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient consultations, treatments, and outcomes in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Adhere to all relevant medical standards, guidelines, and protocols.
• Patient Education: Educate patients about skincare routines, lifestyle modifications, and other non-invasive treatments to complement injectable procedures and prolong results.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and establish rapport with patients to build trust and loyalty. Address patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Adherence to Ethical Standards: Uphold ethical standards and practices in all aspects of patient care, ensuring confidentiality, respect, and integrity at all times.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
