- Provide comprehensive psychiatric nursing care to patients in a variety of settings
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans
- Administer medications and monitor patient responses
- Conduct health coaching and education for patients and their families
- Utilize electronic medical record systems, such as eClinicalWorks, to document patient care and treatment plans
- Participate in utilization review processes to ensure appropriate and efficient use of healthcare resources
