As Support Engineer, you will primarily support customers in using the CADWorx Solution. This will include troubleshooting and resolving technically complex customer issues, documenting software enhancements that improve user workflows, and developing technical documents. The Support Engineer will also work with the product development and quality assurance teams to provide customer feedback and promote communication between the departments. This will include testing and verifying the software meets functional quality standards during the hardening phases of CADWorx development.
Will perform reasonable related duties. The Company reserves the right to change duties at any time.
