The Team:
The Hermès Hermès Maison Madison Boutique opened in 1983 and focuses on providing extraordinary service to clients as a part of the New York Region. This position will report to the Floor Director, and will work collaboratively with the sales team and selling support teams to support the client experience in a fast-paced, luxury environment.
The Opportunity:
The Selling and Service Specialist (SSS) provides clerical support for both front and back of house operations in the Hermès boutique. The SSS is responsible for processing and ensuring the accuracy of all transactions (including receptions, CRM, SKUs, monetary payment, and client verification) and the administration support of after sales services when needed. Partners with management team on POS decisions.
All other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

About You:
The range for this position is $18.06 - $24.44 hourly. Actual rates are determined on the job, location, and individual experience.
