The Team:
The Logistics Operations team plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the organization by strategically deploying resources and optimizing process flows across departments. Our goal is to support business growth by adapting to changing processes and procedures and creating a productive environment. Additionally, we are responsible for ensuring a seamless receiving and floor-ready process to fulfill the commitment to our boutiques.
The Opportunity:
The Assistant Manager of Logistics Operations oversees the daily operations on put-away and picking within our Distribution Service Center. You will partner with the Manager of Logistics Operations, communicating daily on prioritization of put-away and picking for each department or boutique, staff allocation, and added value projects.
In this role you will support cross-functionally our Retail and Wholesale partners as well as ensuring Ecommerce productivity levels for picking are met daily.
Your partnership within the Service and Distribution Center, Customer Service, and Inventory Control is essential to lead and set priorities as well as implement continuous improvement strategies to operational flows and processes.
All other duties assigned by management.
