  • Experience in a CBRF and or CBRF setting is preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Develop positive working relationships with health care professionals and community partners and nurture existing relationships to encourage growth in local markets 
  • Educate local professionals in the market on the Heritage Senior Living brand and services through frequent communication; build relationships to encourage referrals
  • Set, manage and track goals including completed calls, mailings, leads generated, appointments set, deposits taken/sales closed, and presentations for each location producing qualified leads and appointments; record all activity in customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Develop strategies to increase opportunities to meet and talk to professionals to increase referrals
  • Update and maintain references and leads in PCC/CRM

Requirements:

  • Ability to speak, read and write English
  • Strong computer skills and Outlook and Microsoft software
  • Must submit and pass all applicable pre-employment and annual tests and meet all training and other applicable state and federal guidelines
  • Willing to have a presence on weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment

  • Receive continuous training to provide exceptional care and customer service to our residents
