To support this exciting initiative, we are actively seeking a qualified HR professional who understands the nuances of the live streaming and TikTok industry.

**Position:** HR Specialist

**Experience:** 3 years

**Location:** Remote

**Salary:** $120,000 annually

**Responsibilities:**

- Oversee the recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and new hires.

- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management, with a deep understanding of the live streaming and TikTok industry.

- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures tailored to the unique needs of content creators, models, and broadcasters.

- Collaborate with department heads to identify hiring needs and talent gaps, particularly in the areas of modeling, cinematography, hosting, and content creation.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our team remains at the forefront of innovation.

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience as an HR specialist or similar role, with a focus on recruitment and employee relations within the live streaming and TikTok industry.

- Strong understanding of HR principles and practices, with the ability to adapt strategies to meet the needs of content creators and broadcasters.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of talent.

- Ability to work independently and remotely, while also being a collaborative team player.
