Rate Range : $25-$28 per hour
A Herc Field Service Dispatcher is directly involved in addressing equipment breakdowns in the field, coordinating activities of field mechanics, maintaining data on service calls, communicating with internal and external customers, inventory control, ensuring equipment is service at regular intervals, and daily business reporting for multiple locations.
This is an excellent opportunity for motivated self-starters.
Responsibilities
Professional Experience
Proven track record with a minimum 3-5 years of experience within the heavy equipment and / or construction markets preferred
Computer skills to support entering information into systems
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel Programs
Strong interpersonal skills
