Nichinan is looking for an experienced server to join our team. Nichinan is a contemporary Japanese restaurant in Portsmouth, NH.

We are looking for those who are interested in a year round position as we do not hire seasonal staff members. This is a part time role with Mondays and Tuesdays as a must with the availability to pick up more shifts.

Qualifications:
- 2 years serving/bartending in a casual fine-dining atmosphere (experience with craft cocktail is a plus!)
- Basic wine & liquor knowledge preferred
- Timeliness
- Communication skills & team player attitude
- Speed and efficiency in multi-tasking in a fast paced environment
- Passion for providing guests with excellent service
- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism under pressure
- Previous experience working in a pooling environment a plus
