Position Overview: As a Human Resources Generalist at Henry Industries, you will play a key role in supporting our HR department's daily operations and initiatives. You will work closely with employees and management to ensure a high level of employee engagement, compliance with HR policies and procedures, and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
Responsibilities:
Assist the HR manager in the recruitment and onboarding process, including job postings, interviewing, and new hire orientations.
Provide guidance and support to employees on HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Contribute to the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives.
Assist with payroll and benefits administration.
Support HR compliance efforts, including staying up-to-date with employment laws and regulations.
Contribute to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient inMicrosoft Office suite.
Exceptional discretion and ability to handle sensitive information.
