As a cashier, you will ensure an excellent customer service experience by supporting the service advisors and other departments. You are oftentimes the last point of contact with a service customer and play a crucial role in the seamless completion of a vehicle repair. What you'll do:

• Receive cash, checks and credit card payments from service and parts customers and record the amount received.
• Verify accuracy of the customer’s bill using the dealership’s computer system and closed paid tickets.
• Direct customers who have additional questions or concerns to their service advisor or other appropriate individual.
• Record money received on daily settlement sheets and verify against cash-on-hand.
• File all repair orders.
• Serve as a backup for the receptionist as needed.
• All other duties as assigned.

Requirements

What we expect:

• Maintain a valid Georgia driver's license and an acceptable driving record
• Submit to a background and drug screen
• Previous dealership or retail experience is highly preferred
• Must possess excellent customer service skills
• Integrity is cash handling and payment processing
• Excellent communication skills
• Must be able to multitask and perform under pressure
