YOUR ROLE

  • Assume the role of Management Representative, maintain Integrated Management System and certification to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 45001, and ISO50001.
  • Work with manufacturing and other functional groups to lead investigations to troubleshoot customer problems/complaints, plant issues, and reject batches. Ensure determination of root cause and corrective actions and develop project plans to drive change.
  • Lead Cross-functional Quality Improvement Teams/Projects. Develop plans for continuous improvements for the plant, and product lines and ensure all team members are completing assigned tasks.
  • Experience in troubleshooting difficult problems in a plant environment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, and to manage cross functional teams.

YOUR SKILLS

  • Utilize A3, 8D, Six Sigma methodology, SQC, and SPC to conduct studies on product and process consistency and quality issues.
  • Excellent project management and organization skills.
  • SAP proficiency preferable.
  • Continuous improvement.
  • 5 years’ experience in manufacturing / chemical industry or within the quality profession, as well as supervisory / leadership experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Chemistry or within a relevant Science discipline.

The salary for thisrole is $100,000.00 - $120,000.00.  This is the range that we in good faith anticipaterelying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately paymore or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range mayalso be modified in the future.
