HHM CPAs is assisting a client in their search for an Accounting Manager that will take over the Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) duties, along with the general bookkeeping for the company. This person will report directly to the CFO and take over many of their current duties.

This role is on-site, full time in Olive Branch, MS. This company is a distributor of building materials and hardware for roofing, agriculture, and other industrial goods.

Responsibilities

• Research, track, and resolve accounting problems
• Handle accounts payable and receivable duties
• Prepare reports for CFO and CEO to gain business clarity and insight
• Manage general ledger, bank reconciliations, credit cards, outstanding invoices

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
• Strong problem solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Strong knowledge of accounting software and bookkeeping principles
• Experience in distribution or manufacturing is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
