Hemphill Towing and Recovery, LLC is Hiring a Tow Truck Operator Near Duluth, GA
We are seeking a tow truck operator to join our team. You will be responsible for operating a truck up to 26,000 GVW (class C license)
- Safely operate a tow truck, either a Flatbed or Wheel Lift.
- Load and Unload vehicles.
- Properly document before and after photos of vehicles being towed.
- Update your status during jobs using the Towbook app. Ex. Enroute, On Scene, Towing, Completed.
- Communicate effectively with both customers and dispatchers.
- Report any incidents to dispatch.
- Inspect truck before and after trip.
- 2 years previous experience driving a tow truck or other related field. (Preferred)
- Have or be able to obtain a DOT medical card.
- Must be 25 or over for insurance purposes.
- Ability to handle physical workload.
- Strong and reliable work ethic.
- Must have at least 3 years clean MVR
- Commission based: 28%
- 12 hour shift.
- Holidays.
- Night shift.
- Weekend availability.
