We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Food Truck/Trailer Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess great customer service skills, attention to detail, and a love for driving. As Cubanos ATL Food Truck/Trailer Operator, you will play a crucial role in representing our brand, interacting with customers, and ensuring the smooth operation of our mobile kitchen as we serve Cuban sandwiches throughout the Metro Atlanta area.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Operate the food truck/trailer safely and responsibly, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly, taking orders accurately, and engaging with them in a friendly manner.
• Prepare and serve delicious Cuban sandwiches and other menu items according to our recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food truck/trailer, including food preparation areas, cooking equipment, and dining area.
• Handle transactions efficiently and accurately, including accepting payments and providing change.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate with management to ensure timely restocking of supplies.
• Perform routine maintenance checks on the food truck/trailer and report any issues or concerns to management.

Drive to various locations within the Metro Atlanta area to sell our products, following assigned routes and schedules 

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or a related field preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to safely operate and maneuver a food truck/trailer in urban environments.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing inventory.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
• Knowledge of Cuban cuisine and culture is a plus, but not required.
