- Accept incoming job requests from Motor Clubs, Repair Shops, and private customers
- Dispatch the appropriate equipment, while being mindful of logistics and arrival times
- Field incoming calls from customers with outstanding requests
- Accurately price and collect payment for services rendered
- Utilize software ex. Towbook, Samsara Fleet, etc. to track and monitor service calls and drivers on shift
- Communicate effectively with both customers and drivers
- Previous experience in dispatch is preferred but not necessary
- Ability to handle the 4-line phone system
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in customer service
- Strong work ethic
- Training wage $10/hr
- $14-$16/hr once training is completed
