Position Summary:

A Receptionist is responsible for greeting visitors and answering telephone with positive customer service.

Position Responsibilities for a Welcome Greeter:

* Maintains positive customer relations when answering the telephone or when greeting visitors
* Maintains resident room listing
* Responsible for the sorting of daily mail and distribution
* Patient fund may be assigned
* Perform other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills and abilities: High School diploma. College and/clerical schooling desired.
