Duties Include:
- Implementing the nursing care plan for each patient
- Teaching and counseling the patient and family/significant others regarding the nursing care needs and other related problems of the patient
- Maintaining accurate and complete records of observations, treatment, and care of patient
- Evaluating with registered nurse the effectiveness of the LPN's nursing service to the patient and family under the guidance of the registered nurse.
Qualifications:
- Active LPN license with no restrictions
- One year nursing experience preferred
- CPR certification, valid driver’s license, background check, and TB test (where geographically required)
