The Opportunity:

The Home Edit is seeking a highly motivated Coordinator of Social & Content to bring their organizational skills and social platform knowledge to the Social & Editorial teams. We are seeking a self-starter who is well-versed across all social media platforms and has a passion for talent-led brands and data-driven content models. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing and commerce, facilitating communication, scheduling, tracking and delivery of social assets.

This position will play a critical role in the day to day execution of social calendaring, scheduling and posting content, community management, performance monitoring, and coordination across cross-departmental initiatives. This role is perfect for an organized, strategic thinker who has at least one year of experience working in fast paced environments. As a Coordinator, Social for The Home Edit, you’ll become a brand expert who can identify strategic social trends plus adhere to industry best practices, recommend pivots based on data, and assist with content capture, as necessary.

This position is only onsite in Nashville, TN.

What You Will Do:

• Effectively coordinate social projects, managing production queue, asset delivery, and uploading across social platforms.
• Responsible for weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports across social. Also regularly tracks progress against larger scale departmental goals.
• Create and maintain multi-platform social calendars.
• Streamline communication effectively for the social & content teams.
• Prioritize community management across platforms and identify trending conversation through social listening.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain an annual priority calendar, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and trafficking assets across teams.
• Collaborate and work cross-functionally with The Home Edit’s Marketing, Creative & Content teams as well as external Brand Partnerships teams to assist with larger tentpoles, events and company-wide initiatives.
• Supports in coordination with internal and external partners including our in-house creative, production, marketing and brand partnerships teams.
• Foster and participate in the overall The Home Edit and Hello Sunshine values and vision.
• Other responsibilities, as determined by leadership.

Requirements

• 2-3 years’ experience in social media planning, marketing, project management, or strategy for a global brand, successful creator, media company, or entertainment entity
• Excellent organization skills
• Impeccable time management skills, ability to multi-task and prioritize projects
• Ability to adapt to shifting priorities
• Ability to work independently while remaining an excellent collaborator
• Self-starter and creative thinker with astute attention to detail; you are proactive and able to work on tight deadlines
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and disciplines.
• Ability to pull data from varying sources and maintain tracking against goals
• Ability to use data to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
• Well-versed in current and emerging social platforms, their products and trends
• Positive, collaborative team player
