Job SummaryUnder the direction of the VP - Marketing, the Event & Experience Manager is responsible for elevating the customer experience during onsite visits, trade shows, customer expositions, and sales training events. They will succeed by transforming their unique creativity and advanced technologies knowledge into impressive content displayed through various multi-media platforms.Essential Functions:Initiate and develop a variety of video and multi-media content for use on hands-on platforms that educate stakeholders of HellermannTyton's value propositions.Understand and present our market and product value propositions to customers, internal business executives, salespeople and other employees.Extract meaningful content from market managers, product managers, and other content experts and transform the content into impressive user experiences.Ability to schedule, coordinate and execute visitor and sales training events, sometimes in tight timelines.Ability to manage trade shows and offsite customer events. This includes logistics, design, budget management and execution.Collaborate with sales and customers to initiate and develop testimonials for use with multi-media platforms.Own the Experience Rooms at our facilities and train onsite personal to do presentations.Success in this role will requireCreativity in design build capabilities using multi-media platforms.Very knowledgeable in deployment of cutting-edge technologies, including digital signage, Lift and Learn/RFID technologyKeen awareness of HellermannTyton's business.Enthusiastic presentation skills.Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders including executive management, sales, marketing and human resources.Technical aptitude with technology programs for creating and updating content such as - BrightSign, Intuiface and CMS systems for multi-media use. What You'll BringBachelor's degree in a marketing related field from an accredited college or university.5 years minimum in related experience, preferably with an industrial manufacturer.Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.Proven track record of strong leadership skills.Domestic and international travel may be required.
