In this role, you'll be at the forefront of bringing our meticulously planned events to life, ensuring every moment is nothing short of spectacular. Here's what else you'll be responsible for:

🌟 Team Development: Train and mentor Assistant Event Managers and catering associates, fostering a culture of growth and excellence within the team.

🤝 Exceptional Service: Act as the main point of contact for clients and guests, going above and beyond to guarantee their complete satisfaction throughout the event.

📋 Operational Excellence: Conduct pre-shift meetings with kitchen and service staff, coordinate event logistics, and maintain the profitability of each event.

🎨 Creativity and Innovation: Implement improvements to our event operations, staying ahead of industry trends and ensuring we deliver cutting-edge experiences.

🔧 Venue Management: Oversee venue setup and maintenance, ensuring every space is transformed according to our clients' visions.

🎵 Ambiance Control: Manage music, lighting, and ambiance to create the perfect atmosphere for each event.

💼 Additional Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with vendors for load-in, setup, and load-out, ensuring seamless execution of events.
• Collaborate with the Event Designer, Event Chef, and General Manager to bring each event to life.
• Develop effective training programs to continuously improve the performance of the team.
• Participate in post-event analysis to identify areas for improvement and ensure ongoing excellence.

💼 Requirements:

• Prior experience in a supervisory role.
• Reliable transportation to Milwaukee and Waukesha locations.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ever-changing environments.
