As the EnvironmentalService Director, you will apply your dynamic abilities by:

• Performingall required preventive maintenance tasks according to these schedules
• Makingregular QA rounds of all building areas to observe cleanliness, safety, andworking conditions
• Assigningdaily duties to Environmental Services staff, supervises performance, andmaintain an adequate inventory maintenance supplies
• Followsafety policies and use safe work practices

The ideal candidate willpossess the following:

• Highschool diploma or general education degree (GED)
• 1year of Maintenance experience
• 1year Management experience
• Abilityto read, write, and make simple mathematical calculations
• Ability to be on-call to handle issues that arise at the facility
• Ability to remain stationary 50-100%; positionself to exert 10-30lbs of force or to move objects
